Welcome to the Concordia University College of Alberta Help Desk site.  The site is divided into two main help sections - one dedicated to help for staff and faculty and the other to help for students. You can navigate through the site using the primary links at the top of the page and the section links on the left side of the page.

If you a searching for a solution to a problem,  you can browse through the FAQ section for either staff and faculty or for students.  If you don't find a solution to your problem, or would like further assistance, you can email the Help Desk at helpdesk@concordia.ab.ca,  phone us at 780.479.9316, or visit us in person.  We are located on the second floor of the Library in L356 and our office hours are 8:00 - 4:00, Monday - Friday.
